Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel their booking one day in advance to get a full refund and rebooking for another day. The cancellation policy applies if you are unwell or have to self-isolate means we won't charge you for canceling up to 3 hours before your treatment If you cancel 2 hours before your treatment you will be charged 50% of your payment
