Massage is a great way to relax!
1. Wash your hands before you start
2. Rub your hands together
3. Facing your palm up
4. Circles along each finger from the bottom to the fingertip
5. At least 2 or 3 times to each finger and thumb
6. Move the fingers in small circles
7. And all over the palm
8. Now relax
9. Try doing a self-massage once a day, it may help reduce the pain associated with many conditions, including arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc.
